Promotion Overview:

The Land Rover Arrowhead "2025 Range Rover House Pebble Beach Gift with Purchase" ("Promotion") is sponsored by Land Rover Arrowhead ("Sponsor") and offers qualifying purchasers a complimentary travel package in connection with the purchase of select new Land Rover vehicles. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state (including California and Arizona), and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.

Promotion Period:

Starts Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 8:00 AM PST and ends Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 8:00 PM PST. Purchases must be completed, and all qualifying criteria met, within this time frame.

Eligibility:

Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories who are at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of vehicle delivery. Offer is void where prohibited by law.

Qualifying Vehicle Purchase:

To be eligible for the gift, participants must purchase and take delivery of a new 2025 Range Rover SV 615PS or 2025 Range Rover SV Signature Suite from Land Rover Arrowhead, 19350 AZ-101 Loop, Glendale, AZ 85308, during the Promotion Period.

Deal Must Be Funded:

Gift eligibility is contingent upon the final and irrevocable funding of the vehicle sale by a third-party lender or, in the case of cash transactions, receipt of verified full payment via certified funds. If the purchase is canceled, rescinded, unwound, charged back, or otherwise not fully funded for any reason-including but not limited to credit denial, returned contracts, or non-performance-the purchaser will not receive the promotional gift. No exceptions will be made. Any verbal statements to the contrary shall not be considered binding.

Description of Gift Package:

Qualified purchasers will receive:

• One (1) hotel voucher (value up to $850) near the Pebble Beach course for use between August 13-17, 2025.
• One (1) airfare voucher (value up to $2,500) to be used toward travel expenses for two to Monterey, CA.
• One (1) registration and access package for two (2) to Range Rover House Pebble Beach, August 13-17, 2025.

Total approximate retail value varies based on availability and timing. Travel and accommodations must be arranged by the recipient and are subject to voucher terms and availability. Gift must be used on the designated event dates only. No substitutions.

 

Additional Gift Terms:

• Gift is provided as a complimentary promotional item only and is not a rebate, discount, or negotiable component of the vehicle transaction.
• Gift has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or assigned.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify or substitute the gift package, in whole or in part, with an item of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.
• Sponsor makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the gift items beyond the standard manufacturer or vendor guarantees, if any.
• Sponsor shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, canceled, or misused travel accommodations.

Tax Liability:

Promotional gifts may be considered taxable income under federal and state law. Participants are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Prior to delivery of the gift, recipients will be required to complete and return IRS Form W-9 and may receive IRS Form 1099-MISC for the 2025 tax year.

Publicity and Use Authorization:

By accepting the gift, recipients authorize Sponsor and its affiliates to use their name, likeness, voice, photograph, city/state of residence, and vehicle details for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:

By participating in this Promotion and accepting the gift, the purchaser acknowledges that travel and event attendance carry certain risks, including injury, illness, property damage, and unforeseeable circumstances. By accepting the gift, participants voluntarily accept and assume all associated risks and release Sponsor, its employees, owners, agents, affiliates, and service providers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from or related to participation in the Promotion or use of the gift. This release shall be binding in the states of Arizona and California, and shall extend to all claims whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states:

"A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known, would have materially affected their settlement with the debtor or released party."

Disqualification & Termination:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any purchaser found to be in violation of these rules or who attempts to circumvent, manipulate, or undermine the Promotion or its intended purpose. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without liability, subject to applicable legal requirements.
