PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

General Description of Promotion

The Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead "Louis Vuitton Keepall Bandoulière 50 Giveaway" ("Promotion") is sponsored by Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead (the "Sponsor"). This Promotion offers eligible participants the opportunity to enter a drawing for a chance to win prizes. PROMOTION IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Promotion Period

Friday, August 1, 2025 at 8:00 AM PST through Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 8:00 PM PST ("Promotion Period").

Who May Participate

The Promotion is open to any member of the public who is over eighteen (18) years of age. Entrants must also be legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or the U.S. territories and possessions. Void where prohibited.

Who May Not Participate

The following are not eligible to participate: Employees of Sponsor and/or their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, TradePartners®, advertising and promotion agencies, and those associated with the development, distribution or implementation of this Promotion, their immediate family members (including parents, in-laws, siblings, children or spouse, regardless of where they live) and members of the same household, whether related or not. In entering the contest, participants are subject to the Rules and are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Rules.

How to Enter

Participants automatically gain entry to the drawing by purchasing a New Jaguar vehicle or New Land Rover vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead located at 19350 AZ-101 Loop, Glendale, AZ, during the Promotion Period.

Winning

The drawing will take place at Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead having an address of 19350 AZ-101 Loop, Glendale, AZ 85308. The drawing will be held no later than Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 5:00 PM PST and the winner will be notified by phone immediately. The winner has 72 hours after notification to claim the Prize, then another winner will be selected. Winner has until Monday, August 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM PST to pick up the Prize at Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead, located at 19350 AZ-101 Loop, Glendale, AZ 85308, unless another date and time is arranged with the Sponsor.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries submitted during the Promotion Period.

Description of Prize

Lous Vuitton Keepall Bandoulière 50 in Borneo Green (Product No. M12630) having a value of approximately Three Thousand and Fifty Dollars ($3,050.00).

Claiming Prizes

Prize winnings are considered taxable income by the IRS. All winners accepting Prize will be required to provide their name, phone and address. Prizes must be accepted as awarded - no substitutions will be permitted. Prizes are not redeemable/exchangeable for cash, not transferable or assignable and cannot be combined with any other offers. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond with acceptance within 72 hours of receipt of the email and/or voice message.

Publicity Release

Acceptance of prize(s) also constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information, voice and/or likeness for Sponsors' promotional and/or advertising purposes without notice or further compensation, unless legally prohibited. Winners agree to provide Sponsor, its agents, successors and assigns permission and authority to use, copyright, reproduce, display and publish in any media, now known or hereafter developed, including the world wide web, their name, city of residence, photograph, or other likeness, voice or biographical data.

Assumption of Risk, Waivers and Liability Releases

By participating in the Promotion, Participants understand, acknowledge and agree that all prizes are awarded "AS-IS" AND "With All Faults" and that there shall be no express or implied warranty from Promoter with respect to any prizes awarded to Participant. Sponsor hereby assigns any manufacturer warranties included with the prizes awarded to the winning Participant. By participating in the Promotions, each Participant fully accepts and assumes all such Risks and all responsibility for losses, costs and damages such Participant may incur as a result of Participant's participation in the Event. Participants, by participating, release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion related activity, or participation in this Promotion.

Limitations of Liability

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of the rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
